  1. rendering psychological assistance to the population suffering from technogeneous and natural emergencies;
  2. renovation of psycho-emotional condition of the Ministry of Emergencies’ staff, development of essential merits by socio-psychological training;
  3. mechanisms of the tracing of professions’ graphics describing main professions in the Ministry of Emergencies.
